Toadstool Cafe is an immersive dining experience in Super Nintendo World. If you have the chance to eat here, definitely take it!
How do I get a reservation?:
Dining reservations are made the day-of in the park. When you arrive to Super Nintendo World, head to Toadstool Cafe and scan the QR code posted outside the restaurant. You will be directed to a screen that will let you select a time and number of guests.
Note: We were there on a Saturday, so maybe weekdays are better, but we got a dining reservation at 8AM with our Early Access pass an hour before the park opened to the general public. Before 9AM, reservations for the day were FULL. If this dining experience is important to you, it’s another reason to consider an Early Access Pass for your family.
What happens when it’s my turn to dine?
When you are in your arrival window, check in at the front of the restaurant. A Cafe team member will direct you inside where you will wait in line, you can look over the menu, and you will be directed to a counter to order. They will serve your drinks and you will pay and then moved over to another line where you will be seated at your reserved table. When your food is ready, they will deliver it directly to you.

How much time should I plan for this experience?
We waited for about 25-30 minutes in line, and another 25-30 minutes to receive our food. For a 10:30 reservation, we left the restaurant around noon. We have also been told that the later dining slots take even longer, so plan for an early slot if you can.

Is it worth it?
This restaurant really is one of our favorites. The food is really good, the atmosphere is really immersive and clever, and it’s a great break in the summer from the heat. Just plan that your arrival time is about an hour from when you will actually be eating, so plan ahead.
