Your final payment is due 90 days before sailing, 120 days if your trip is 6 nights or more.
Final Payment for your vacation is due 90-120 days before the first day of travel. To make a payment now, click here to request a payment submission.
Extra expenses such as excursions or reservation based dining experiences can be booked closer to your trip.
Start planning transportation from the airport and book flights.
You will need to arrange your own flights and transportation to and from the airport.
Always fly into your port location the day before sailing. Most flights home can be booked the same day you arrive back to port, but we would not recommend booking anything before early afternoon to give yourself plenty of time to get off the ship and to the airport.
Many hotels near the port will offer shuttle service from the hotel to the port. Please contact your hotel for options.
Pre Reserve onboard activities and Port Adventures.
You can preschedule certain on board services:
Book Port Adventures (excursions) To look at excursion options ahead of your 75 day booking window, click here. On this website, you can narrow down the offerings based on your cruise itinerary. Use the filter option to narrow down activity levels, cost, accessibility, etc.
Reserve Spa services and fitness activities
Make dining reservations at reservation only locations.
Reserve babysitting.
Early reservations must be paid in full at time of booking.

Work on your Online Check-In
Please download the Disney Cruise Line Navigator App. Your log in is your same log in information for ANY Disney account. Once logged in, add your confirmation number if it isn’t already attached.
You can start the check-in process exactly 30 days before travel. Filling out cruise forms is a crucial step.
You will fill out guest information including verification of home address, and emergency contact information.
Proof of citizenship. Each guest including children will need a valid passport OR birth certificate. Adults over 16 need a government issued photo ID such as a drivers license as well.
Select your port arrival time. Each cruise staggers arrival times to not overwhelm the port. We suggest selecting the earliest time possible so you can get your trip started! As soon as you are onboard you can eat at the buffet and start exploring!
Youth activity registration. Pre-register kids for the Oceaneer Clubs available to their age group. Note: Children must be potty trained to stay at the kids club.
If you have any questions about the check in process, please contact us via email or call/text us.
