SHIPPING & RETURN POLICIES
We do our best to ship items out in a timely manner. Typically, you can expect items to ship out within 3-5 business days. Once items have shipped and tracking has been provided, the responsibility of the package is no longer in our hands. If you have a time constraint you are trying to meet, please reach out to us before placing your order and let us know so we can ensure we can get your order to you on time.
In the event of a lost or damaged package, we will do our best to make it right. If the address provided when the order was placed was entered incorrectly, we cannot offer refunds, replacements, etc.
Due to the sanitary nature of most of our products (straws, silverware, etc) we cannot accept returns or offer exchanges. Please place your order with care and ensure the selections you’ve made are the items you would like to purchase.
