Courtyard Anaheim Theme Park Entrance

Location: 1420 S Harbor Blvd, Anaheim CA 92802

We absolutely loved staying at the Courtyard Anaheim Theme Park Entrance!  We have stayed there once with all adults, and another time with small children.

This hotel is located on Harbor Boulevard and is one of the absolute closest properties you can stay at next to Disneyland. Because it is so close to the parks it is the ideal place to stay if your family likes taking mid-day mid-day nap breaks (or swim breaks)!

Every room has two queen beds as well as a bunk bed, which means you can comfortably sleep a family of six.  There are also two showers in every room, which makes getting ready in the morning a breeze.  We really LOVED the layout of these rooms and I'm honestly not sure how we'll ever be able to go somewhere else after experiencing such a pleasant and spacious room.

The Surfside Waterpark on property is available to all guests staying at Courtyard Anaheim Theme Park Entrance, and will be the highlight of your kids’ vacation! It has a great "splash pad" type area for smaller kids, some larger water slides, and a traditional pool for swimming in as well. The poolside area has several patio chairs to lounge in, and you can enjoy it all with a view of Space Mountain just across the street!

The beds are very comfortable.  We slept like babies every night.  The hotel staff was quick to provide us with a few extra blankets upon request as well, which was appreciated. If you are an "unpacker" like me, you'll love that there is ample storage space between the closet and the dresser area.  There is also a little corner nook that would be perfect for playing cards, eating a snack from the Bistro in the lobby, doing work on a laptop, etc.
Each room is equipped with a Smart TV that allows you to sign into your streaming apps.  There is an in-room coffee bar, refrigerator and microwave as well.

The staff throughout the hotel is friendly and accommodating.  There is a great little bistro on site where you can grab Starbucks coffee or a quick breakfast.  You can check out the menu HERE. They also have delicious lunch options like burgers or pizza, and it’s even open until 11PM so you can grab a late dinner or snack after a long park day!

Additionally, they have a really well-stocked gift shop/convenience store in the lobby in case you forgot any essentials, as well as a market with snacks, bottled drinks, etc.

Another perk of the property is that all parking is valet, and you can use the hotel parking until 4PM on checkout day before being charged anything additional.   The front desk was very accommodating when our flight got delayed. It really helped make our stay more convenient and less stressful that they were willing to work with us on keeping our luggage a bit longer so we could enjoy the parks for as long as possible!

Honestly, I can't think of one single thing that isn't to rave about with this property.  We were offered a discounted stay by the Courtyard Anaheim Theme Park Entrance in exchange for our honest reviews of the property, so although we want to disclose that, I would definitely say the exact same things about it either way.  This property can be a little pricier than some of the surrounding lodging options, but with the amazing amenities, the bunk beds, the water park feature, and the location it's easy to see why it is so sought after.
