Dining Packages

The Oogie Boogie Bash dining package for Wine Country Trattoria was announced yesterday! If you are interested in this dining experience, head to the Disneyland App or the Disneyland Website and search "Wine Country Trattoria" to look up available reservations for your Oogie Boogie party date. Reservations times are going FAST now that the dining packages have been announced, so don't delay.

This dining package is a 3 course prix-fixe meal (starter, entree and dessert) that you can enjoy prior to the Oogie Boogie Bash party officially starting. We recommend a time slot between 3-4:30 so you don't waste precious party minutes sitting to dine.

If you have a Magic Key reservation have a theme park ticket/reservation for the daytime hours (prior to Oogie Boogie entry time), you can book a reservation between 12:30-3pm if you'd like. If you are a party guest only, with no daytime access, you can book your dining reservation between 3-6pm.

PACKAGE PRICING:

-Pricing and menu offerings are the same for lunch or dinnertime.

-$69 for guests ages 10+, $41 for guests ages 3-9

-There is a $10 upcharge if you'd like to order the Ribeye Steak option on the menu

-Price does not include tax or gratuity. I am not positive if a Magic Key discount applies to this package, but my hunch is that it will.

HOW TO CHOOSE THE DINING PACKAGE

-Make a reservation as described above. Walk-ins will be accepted, but only based on availability so it's always the best option to have a reservation booked.

-When you arrive for your reservation, you can upgrade to the Oogie Boogie Bash Dining Parade Package by telling your host or server that you would like to upgrade, and they will make sure they bring you the appropriate menu and parade viewing credentials. Advance reservations are NOT available for the dining package itself, so this is another good reason to choose an earlier time slot so your chances of getting to upgrade are better--though I suspect most everyone who wants to upgrade that has a reservation during those time windows will be able to upgrade if desired.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE YOU GO?

-One Frightfully Fun Parade reserved viewing area admittance is included with each package.

-Each guest in the party (ages 3+) much purchase the pre-fixe meal in order to obtain access to the Frightfully Fun Parade reserved viewing area.

- The reserved viewing area is separate from the dining location. A cast member will provide directions from the restaurant to the viewing area. (Historically, it has been in front of the vineyard area directly across from the Avengers Campus entrance.)

-The reserved viewing area is standing only, with accommodations for guests with disabilities. (When we did it with our kids, they also allowed our strollers to be in front of us while we stood behind, but that may not be the policy typically.)

-Frightfully Fun Parade may be cancelled due to technical issues or inclement weather without notice. Dinner packages will not be refunded in this case.

CANCELLATION POLICY

-For dining reservations made in advance, you must cancel at 2 hours day prior to your reservation to avoid a per-person cancellation fee of $10/person. If you don't show, the credit card used to hold the reservation will be charged that $10/person fee.

Below you can see pictures of the menus from previous years to give you an idea of what you can expect for this dining package. NOTE: When we did it, they gave kids an Oogie Boogie Popcorn Bucket to enjoy during the parade, which was an awesome perk that we loved. That doesn’t seem to be happening this year, but I wanted to mention it since these menus have different pricing info and talk about the popcorn buckets.

Parade Dessert Party

Another special viewing package being offered this year is the Oogie Boogie Bash Dessert Party.

This is a bit of a “splurge,” but if you are wanting preferred seating for the parade, you’ll enjoy this offering.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:
-Each person in your party has to purchase an Oogie Boogie Bash Dessert Party package in order to enter the viewing area. The only exception to this is babies under 3 that you are willing to hold on your lap for the duration of the parade.

THE OOGIE BOOGIE PARADE DINING PACKAGE INCLUDES:

-A selection of desserts, served to your table on a plate that you can nibble on and enjoy while waiting for the parade and during the parade.

-Reserved seating in a preferred viewing area—this is typically in front of Sonoma Terrace/Wine Country Trattoria area on the parade route.

-Adults over 21 (with valid ID) are allowed one alcoholic beverage. Guests of the dessert party are also offered unlimited soft drinks, bottled water, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and a mocktail.

ARRIVAL AND CHECK-IN:

You can use mobile check-in on the Disneyland app, which becomes available one hour prior to your reservation time. You’ll then recieve a text when your table is ready and will ask you to head to a designated seating/viewing area. There are 2 or 3 separate locations with reserved viewing so make sure to follow the instructions on your text or ask a cast member if you need help finding where to go.

If you are too early or too late, you may not be accommodated.

WHEN MAKING YOUR RESERVATION:

-You should make sure to make any allergies or dietary requests when you make your initial reservation. If you wait until you arrive, your requests may not be able to be accommodated.

PRICING:

-$89 per Guest (Full pre-paid price is due upon booking) Price includes tax and gratuity.

-Full payment is due upon booking. Cancellations must be made AT LEAST ONE DAY PRIOR, or you forfeit the full amount paid. In the event of technical difficulties or inclement weather, the Frightfully Fun Parade may be cancelled. In the event of a cancellation of this nature, Disney WILL refund your card for the payment made.
